I almost scanned this so you could see how much fun it is to not only have a recipe that is only a reminder, but was also in my mother's handwriting...keeping in mind that my mother is a doctor and that doctor's handwriting thing is not a joke. What follows is the whole recipe I got from her. If this doesn't make sense to you, go back to my version.
Take juice from pineapple and 1/2 cup minute tapioca. Cook in double boiler until thick. Add 1/2 cup sugar and cover. Mix with above. Add nutmeats and 1 cup whipped cream.
