Again, for my ribs, I pretty much use Sweet Baby Ray's that is thinned with water, and everyone loves it and it's easy. But to some folks it's not cooking if you don't make EVERYTHING from scratch.
The following sauces came from the Cleveland Plain Dealer. I'm putting them here so I can find the recipes until I have the chance to really work on them and make some choices. These are NOT my usual way of doing things, but sometimes you need a place to keep your notes. I'll move the recipes up above this when they become mine.
