Cook Loose

Just mix all the ingredients together using a whisk. This will dress about 4 cups of slaw mix (cabbage, carrots, even the bagged stuff).

• 1/2 C mayonnaise
• 1/8 C sour cream
• 2 Tbl cider vinegar
• 2 tsp dijon mustard
• 3-4 tsp prepared horseradish
• 2 Tbl sugar
• a couple of dashes tabasco or hot sauce, to taste

Options

You can use light mayonnaise and/or sour cream and can replace the sugar with 2 packets of your favorite sweetener to drop the calories. However, I don't recommend the NO-fat versions of, oh, anything actually.
